Townsville private classes require a minimum of 6 participants. We usually hold private classes on a Monday or Thursday (however we may be able to accommodate other days) or an evening of your choice. We prefer that you use our professional training rooms. However, we can come to you for an additional $75 daily site visit fee.
We require a large area to train with all our manikins and props. We require desks as well as chairs. The room must have air-conditioning. A data projector/tv monitor for Powerpoint presentations is necessary; and easy accessible parking for the trainer to unload their equipment. If you do not have any of these please contact us as we may be able to work around it.
Outside Townsville private classes require a minimum of 10 participants. We hold private classes on a Monday or Thursday. An additional $100 daily site visit fee is charged plus travel costs if applicable.
REFUND POLICY: A refund is given if a written request is received 5 days prior to the scheduled course commencement date and an administration fee of $22 (gst included) will be incurred. All refund requests must be in writing addressed to Safety First Aid emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be issued within 5 days of receiving the cancellation documentation. If a written request is not received within 5 days of the course commencement date, the participant will forfeit 100% of the course fee.
