Safety First Aid in Townsville is now a part of the Real Response family. While the name and team have changed, our commitment to providing top-quality first aid training remains the same. We’re excited to introduce new training methods and courses, all while preserving the essence of what made Safety First Aid a trusted name in the community.

While we will be offering the same course types as Safety First Aid, the training experience will be enhanced with Real Response’s signature simulation-based approach. This means that our courses might be slightly longer in duration, include additional precourse work and more hands-on practical learning. Our aim is to provide an immersive and effective training experience for all participants.

With the transition to Real Response, training sessions in Townsville will be conducted by a new team of trainers. Our trainers are experienced professionals with backgrounds as emergency responders, such as Paramedics, Nurses, and ex-military medics. Their real-world experience ensures that learners receive authentic and practical training.

Absolutely! All certifications issued by Safety First Aid remain valid up to their expiration date. Real Response, as a Registered Training Organisation, recognises and upholds these certifications. If you’re looking to renew or upgrade your certification, we’re here to assist you with the process.
